Whether you took part in our previous workshop ("Preparing for the Pharma Interview- Writing a Business Plan") or not, this workshop will prepare you for the series of phone and face-to-face interviews required to land a promotional opportunity within your Pharma Co. or get into your first Pharma job. This interactive session will focus on the interview questions and format itself. Pharmaceutical interviewers are indeed looking for answers to be communicated in a particular format. As well, many of the questions are constructed to indirectly learn about your communication style, true interests and hidden talents. Everyone will depart with a list of interview questions currently in use by major Pharma Co's, as well as a clear understanding of how to identify and answer the more difficult "Talent Interview" questions. We expect to role play these with every attendee, while providing the basic understanding and materials needed to nail the Pharma job interview.
Finally, we will discuss some very smart and thought provoking questions you - the interviewee, can and should pose to the interviewer.
