Participants will review questions currently used by major pharmaceutical companies in the interview process and discuss how to identify the types of questions asked. Resources will be provided (folders w/ materials supplied to take home) to all attendees, such as lists of common questions covered, interview formats and educational pieces on the types of questions used. This is an interactive workshop in which each participant pretends that they are at an interview and practices responding to questions. Current pharmaceutical professionals with varying backgrounds will guide the process. This workshop provides a friendly, supportive atmosphere that makes the practice fun. An introduction will be made for the Interview Business plan and brag book material review.
